| Wonderful 1940's combination sewing case and walnut shaped figural medallion. This fabulous functionable and wearable piece of art was designed and manufactured by New York famous ERNEST STEINER. On the inside felt lining has the Ernest Steiner Original label. It measures 1 3/4" long and 1 1/4" wide. It is in fine condition with very minor wear from use.
