| Rare example of an Antique Salesman sample. This is a miniature version of a vintage genuine Mexican sombrero made by the famous TARDAN HNOS Company. This hat is pre 1910 and finely made. It is made of fine Velvet that is embroidered with metal thread. It has a sewn in leather head band that is signed " TARDAN HNOS MEXICO " and is lined in fine Satin that also printed TARDAN in gold. The brim is trimmed in a metal wire rope and the hat comes with its original tie string with tassles. This hat measures about 8" in diameter and 4 1/2" tall. It is in fine condition and a exact replica of a full size sombrero. This rare salesman sample hat would be a great addition to a serious Hat Collection!!! | ||
